ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Heritage Community Development Network (HCDN), also commonly called “Heritage Network” is a Community Based Organization registered by the Government of Kenya in Machakos County with a mission to promote health, social, cultural and economic sufficiency of the most marginalized, at-risk individuals, including: youth, women, persons with disabilities, those with terminal illnesses and elders.
